Salary : 23,000-25,000 /- Gross Per Month

Probation Period : 06 Months

Monday to Saturday -10 AM to 07 PM


Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and research key decision-makers (such as CHROs, CFOs, Procurement, and Admin Leaders) across the pan-India market.

  • Generate qualified leads and opportunities using sales intelligence tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms.

  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns through multiple channels: emails, LinkedIn messages, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

  • Successfully schedule (Online ) initial meetings with high-level decision-makers

  • Thoroughly qualify leads by asking specific discovery questions to ensure they meet the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) before handover.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM by logging all activity notes and current lead stages in real-time.

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to analyze outreach performance and improve overall conversion rates.

  • Actively monitor market trends and industry news to continuously refine and improve messaging and sales strategies.
