Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Contact existing clients and customers to promote airline ticketing services and travel solutions.

• Conduct regular follow-up calls and email communications to generate bookings and maintain customer engagement.

• Understand customers' travel requirements, preferences, budgets, and schedules to provide suitable travel options.

• Prepare and present accurate airfare quotations, flight itineraries, and travel recommendations.

• Explain fare rules, baggage policies, visa requirements, and other travel-related information to customers.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

• Resolve customer queries and booking-related issues promptly and professionally.

• Stay updated on airline promotions, special fares, and industry trends to provide competitive travel solutions.

• Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to ensure smooth booking and ticketing operations.
