Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate potential corporate leads through various online and offline channels.

  • Research target companies and key decision-makers to create qualified prospect lists.

  • Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.

  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with potential clients.

  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into business opportunities.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation targets.

  • Track and report lead generation activities, conversions, and performance metrics.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients.

  • Ensure timely and professional communication with all prospects and clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

  • Strong research and lead qualification skills.

  • Prior experience in lead generation, telecalling, or business development is preferred.

Salary : 20,000 -23,000
