Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Generate new clients and develop business opportunities for insurance products.

• Promote and sell various insurance policies, including Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, and Travel Insurance.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.

• Learn and stay updated on insurance products, policy features, and industry regulations.

• Handle the complete sales process, from lead generation to policy issuance.

• Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with insurance-related queries.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn about insurance products and sales processes.

• Basic computer and email communication skills.

• Prior sales or insurance experience is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
