ANUGA 2025 – World's Leading Food & Beverage Trade Fair

ANUGA 2025 will take place from October 4–8, 2025, at Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany. Held biennially since 1919, it remains the central hub for the international food and beverage industry.

This five-day trade fair features ten specialized segments—including Fine Food, Meat, Dairy, Frozen, Organic, Beverages, and more—under one roof. The 2025 edition is expected to host around 7,500 exhibitors from over 100 countries, and draw nearly 170,000 trade visitors from some 200 nations. Attendees can explore innovations in sustainable packaging, plant-based and halal products, clean-label foods, and health-focused offerings.

Supporting events include the Anuga Taste Innovation Show, “Meet More Meatless” showcase, expert lectures, workshops, and trend forums on topics like climate protection, digitization, and alternative proteins.
