Bakery China 2025 is the world’s largest bakery and confectionery trade exhibition, held from May 19–22, 2025, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai, China.


This four-day event features over 2,200 exhibitors from 30+ countries and spans 320,000 m². It showcases innovations across the baking value chain: ingredient technologies, smart baking systems, health-focused formulations, sustainable packaging, and digital tools. A dedicated Innovation Talk and Belt and Road Bakery Corridor highlight new industry trends and global collaboration .


Visitors can experience interactive zones—AI-enabled production lines, AR baking demos, and live tastings of low-glycemic goods. Over 20 expert-led forums and 100+ activities, including competitions like Top Patissier of Asia and the World Bread Cup, promote knowledge-sharing and industry excellence.
