Bakery China 2025 is the world’s largest bakery and confectionery trade exhibition, held from May 19–22, 2025, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai, China.

This four-day event features over 2,200 exhibitors from 30+ countries and spans 320,000 m². It showcases innovations across the baking value chain: ingredient technologies, smart baking systems, health-focused formulations, sustainable packaging, and digital tools.
