BIOFACH 2025 is the premier global trade fair for organic food and natural cosmetics, held from February 11–14, 2025, at the Nürnberg Exhibition Centre in Germany.

This four-day event featured approximately 2,300 exhibitors from 94 countries and welcomed over 35,000 visitors representing 140 nations . It focused on sustainable solutions and ecological transformation across nine halls, spotlighting trends like plant-based innovation and the planetary health diet.

The accompanying BIOFACH Congress included 171 sessions, covering market developments, best practice sharing, and policy frameworks. Innovation and Presentation Stages hosted start-ups and thought leaders, while demonstration zones showcased organic out-of-home offerings. The Sustainable Future Lab facilitated dialogue on circular models, and the Novelty Stand highlighted award-winning organic products.
