A bustling scene at a food expo showcases various stalls with vibrant product displays, as a diverse crowd eagerly explores culinary delights and specialty items.

The HKTDC Food Expo is Hong Kong’s largest annual food and beverage exhibition, open to both industry professionals and the public. It will run from August 14–18, 2025, at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai.

This five-day event features over 1,200 exhibitors from 24 regions, showcasing a wide range of food products including bakery, beverages, snacks, health foods, frozen foods, seafood, organic produce, and food processing machinery .

It encompasses Trade and Public Halls: Trade Hall (Food Expo PRO) is dedicated to B2B buyers with business-matching services and trade-focused seminars, while the Public Hall hosts cooking demonstrations by star chefs, award showcases, and gourmet tastings .

Wheel-based “Click2Match” hybrid platform enhances networking opportunities.
