INTERNORGA 2025 – Leading Hospitality & Foodservice Trade Fair

The entrance to INTERNORGA in Hamburg welcomes visitors with vibrant lights and towering architecture, setting the stage for a dynamic event in the heart of the city.

INTERNORGA 2025 served as Europe’s premier trade fair for the hospitality, foodservice, bakery, and confectionery industries. Held March 14–18 at Hamburg Messe, it attracted decision-makers and innovators from around the globe.

Over the five days, around 1,200 exhibitors from Germany and abroad showcased products and solutions across eleven halls and outdoor areas. The fair emphasized practical innovation, with a trend-driven program including the AI Centre, Newcomers Area, Pink Cube trend forum, and Skywalk Table exhibit.

Attendees experienced live cooking demos—such as craft bakery and specialty coffee—as well as competitions like the Next Chef Award, Deutscher Gastro-Gründerpreis, and Internorga Future Prize. Additional attractions included the Food Truck Village, open-stage presentations, and a relaxed Afterwork Lounge for networking. A post-event survey reported record visitor satisfaction and a 95% recommendation rate.
