Here’s a step-by-step overview of how we deliver our food export services:

Step 1: Inquiry & Requirement Gathering

Clients reach out via email or website to share their requirements—such as product type, quantity, packaging preferences, destination country, and expected timeline. We respond promptly with tailored recommendations and product catalogs.

Step 2: Quotation & Customization

Based on your input, we provide a detailed quotation that includes:

  • Product specifications

  • Custom packaging options (bulk or retail)

  • Pricing based on volume

  • Delivery timelines and export terms

Private labeling and branding requests are also discussed here.

Step 3: Order Confirmation & Documentation

Once approved, the order is confirmed, and we initiate:

  • Proforma invoice issuance

  • Advance payment coordination

  • Regulatory and shipping document preparation including Certificate of Origin, COA, and phytosanitary certificates if required.

Step 4: Production & Quality Checks

The selected product is sourced, cleaned, graded, and packed at our certified processing facility. Every batch undergoes strict quality control and food safety checks.

Step 5: Packaging & Logistics

We ensure food-grade, export-compliant packaging—followed by safe loading, palletization, and container sealing. Our logistics team manages freight booking, customs clearance, and shipping coordination.

Step 6: Dispatch & Delivery

Once dispatched, clients receive tracking details, shipping documents, and real-time updates until final delivery at the destination port.
